Michael thought of everything! They communicated with us the morning of to remind us of the address, key code and more. They checked in the morning after in case we needed anything. They were quick to answer any questions. And they provided a quick reminder before checkout. It was the perfect amount of communication and all of it was useful just when we needed it! The house itself was charming and kept very clean. We were easily able to access Asbury Beach, Belmar Beach and a quick trip to anything we needed (groceries, target, dinner in town). There were some cute activities that were right by the water and we hope to be back to try them out! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I am so happy Michael’s place was available for our stay. The layout of the home and the vicinity to everything (the beach, restaurants, and market) was amazing. The restaurants we tried were all incredible (especially the sushi). The entire house - notably the kitchen - was very well prepared with everything you need. I’ve never experienced the level of communication Michael includes as a host, which was timely, cordial and informative. Michael’s home provides a luxury 5 star stay, and I highly recommend staying there if you have the opportunity!

We had a lovely stay at this Sea Bright home. The local was very central to shops and restaurants, and we had ocean views. Michael was a great host, very responsive. Kitchen was modern and well equipped, and the home was bright. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

The perfect shore home!! Michael's house was better than expected - perfectly clean and organized, stocked with everything you could need (linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc etc) and beautifully decorated. The backyard was the real showstopper - beautiful deck, pool, views of the water, and pool and grill area. The neighbors were also lovely and very welcoming. Highly recommend renting this home - makes for the perfect getaway!

This was my first Airbnb, and I could honestly say it was the best experience ever! We didn’t even want to leave the house, everything we needed was there. Michael was a great host during me and my family’s stay and would answer all my needy questions immediately. The place is fun, clean and the price is super convenient. We went for my dads birthday and he even added a great gift of his own. Don’t hesitate to book your vacation here you will not regret it. The pool and jacuzzi were probably my favorite part. Michaels place is a little slice of heaven! The outdoor area has absolutely everything you need to have a good time with family and friends. We came for 4 nights(6 adults and 2 children) and the weather forecast was calling for thunderstorms and rain the whole time. Michael was very thoughtful and put a tent over the hot tub for us so that we can enjoy that even if it rained. The weather turned out to be just fine and we were able to enjoy the pool, hot tub , and the lagoon. All you have to do is bring yourselves and the place takes care of the rest! I’m 100 percent in love with this space and all the amenities it provides. I can’t wait to come back next year!! If this place is available , no need to hesitate, just hit book and know that you will not regret it. Top 2 places I’ve stayed on Airbnb for sure.
